Nicole Murphy is an award winning journalist, writer, copyeditor and critiquer. Well, the paper she works for wins awards and she likes to pretend she had something to do with that. She writes and occasionally gets published. Her genres include science fiction, fantasy and (make sure you're sitting down) romance. Yes, she occasionally visits the dark side, only to return very fulfilled.

She's a member of the Canberra Speculative Fiction Guild and hopes that now she's running the art show at Conflux 2, someone will enter it.

Nicole is a new member of the crew at Andromeda Spaceways, and aspires to one day take the helm of the ship herself. All she has to do is figure out what that big red button is for.
